RELEASE OF PROPERTY
Items purchased under the invitation will be released only to the purchaser or his/her authorized representative. The authorized representative must furnish authorization from the purchaser to the custodian of the property location before any release will be made.

Property can be picked up Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., excluding holidays. City offices are closed on weekends and holidays.
A receipt for payment will be issued. This document must be presented at the property location to pick up property.
Buyers should make their own arrangements for delivery.
TITLE
Ownership to personal property shall be transferred to the purchaser when full and final payment is made, unless otherwise specified.
WITHDRAWAL OF PROPERTY AFTER AWARD
The City reserves the right to withdraw for its use any or all the property covered by this contract, if a bona fide requirement for the property develops or exists prior to the actual removal of the property from City control. In the event of a withdrawal under this condition, the City shall be liable only for the refund of the contract price of the withdrawn property or such portion of the contract price as it may have received.
