Description:

2006 Chevy Trailblazer SS. With factory touchscreen and navigation system, leather interior. No modifications or upgrades to the truck. Bone stock except replaced rear air springs with coil spring.
The good.
- engine runs strong even with 205k on it.
- no check engine lights
- transmission replaced in Jan 2016. OEM and warrantied by chevy for another 2 years /20k.
- new Mass Air Flow sensor from AC Delco
- replaced throttle body earlier this year with AC delco unit
The bad
- needs front diff and possibly transfer case
- will need front brakes soon.
The car is currently at the Chevy dealer. I was going to upgrade the front diff with a torsen or clutch type but just decided to sell the truck.
The torsen diff runs about $1650 for the part with no core $1450 with the core.
The clutch type runs $1450 with no core.
Used transfer case about $600, rebuilt unit $1000 plus $450 core.
The truck wont move because the front diff is toasted causing the front wells to lock up. When I has the car towed the tow driver forced it to drive on to the flat bed instead of using dollies which may have damaged the transfer case.
Has little bumps, dings and scratches here and there. Outside of that the truck is in good shape.
