`06 Sonata has a noise in the engine. 2.4 4 cylinder.
Not sure what the noise is, so assume the worst.
Cannot hear run at the present time.
I pulled the oil pan to ck the rods, and needs reinstalled correctly.
I just put it back on and the bolts are loose.
My assessment:
Did some research and these engines have a timing chain issue.
Cant promise thats the problem, but thats where I was headed.
My project list exceeds my available time, so somethings got to go.
Very nice car. Exterior is very nice. Does have a cracked windshield.
Tires are over 75%.
Interior is a bit dirty. But a good vacuum job will do wonders.
After market Kenwood stereo installed as of now. Factory radio will be included in the sale.
