Sale Terms & Conditions YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION. IF NOT WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RELIST THE VEHICLE AND/OR SELL IT LOCALLY. This auction is subject to prior sale. All our vehicles are available for sale locally at our licensed retail location in California. . If you will be financing the purchase without any other seperate cash payment please ensure you have your loan approved to cover both the purchase price, any applicable taxes, registration, fees and delivery charges. Please also ensure the financial institution providing your financing understands you will be purchasing the vehicle from a state-registered California auto brokers. The final winning price excludes all applicable taxes, registration, fees and delivery/shipping charges. A $55 California DMV documentation fee will apply to all sales. The winning bidder must pay a $1, 000 deposit within 24 hours of the close of auction if in USA. If the winning bidder is outside the USA we require a 50% deposit. Deposits are non-refundable if the purchaser fails to complete the transaction for any reason. Deposits will be refunded in full if Orange County Professional Auto Brokers fail to complete the transaction for any reason.
