As seen in the pictures down below this nice looking 2006 Mazda Miata Convertible with only 76k miles has mainly sustained light right side damage. This vehicle was directly purchased from insurance company for resale in the condition you see it on the pics. No middle man involved. We have the salvage certificate of title (no-liens) at hand and ready to transfer to the new owner. Such vehicles can be legally returned back to the roads after repairs and your state motor vehicles inspection. Damaged areas are clearly shown in the pictures below. Right side has light dents on the fender, door and side panel. No damage to right door hinge or rocker areas. Also has light dents on the left rear and left front. No mechanical damage observed. A SMALL NOTE ON SALVAGE VEHICLES
We specifically deal with light damaged or theft recovered salvage rebuildable vehicles. This vehicle was picked up from an insurance auction for resale. We directly purchase from insurance auctions and no middle man involved. Insurance companies usually salvage vehicles due to collision, theft, flood..etc. but this doesn't mean that they are beyond repair. In most cases its not the actual damage to the car that causes a vehicle to be salvaged but the circumstances under which they are declared salvage. For example, theft recovered vehicles are always salvaged since they are usually recovered after the owner is paid off by the insurance company. Or the owner might not want the vehicle after going through an accident even if the damages are light and easily repairable such as our cars. Whatever the case is these cars can easily be returned to the streets and that is why they're sold through auctions as repairable vehicles.
We have the salvage certificate (no-liens) in our possession and it will be re-assigned to the new owner to follow up with their state salvage process. Every state has its own salvage process and its usually filling out some forms and taking the car to an inspection after repairs (if any repairs are needed). Please check with your local motor vehicle center for the exact procedures and rules/regulations.
