Hello All,
I am selling my 2006 Mini Cooper S Checkmate Edition that my family and I have owned since 2008. It has been well maintained throughout its life and has been cosmetically taken car of, inside and out. It has a fresh polish and wax and a clean interior for its potential buyer.

10w30 Full Synthetic, and recent coolant/power steering flush and rejuvenation has been done including pump and hydraulic line replacement. Valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket, and main seal have been replaced while the timing chain was being serviced. I have receipts for all of these parts. I will also include a box of spare parts that I have acquired over the years, this also includes a transmission service kit that I was going to use at the recommended service interval of 120, 000mi. The tires on this car are brand new and covered by America's (Discount) Tire and an Alignment was just performed under 100mi ago (Paperwork included). Front hubs/bearings and brakes and rotors were just replaced as well!
She is pristine and ready to go! Included with the car are 4 keys, All manually open the door, 3 will start the engine, and one has a functional FOB for locking and unlocking doors via remote.
This is a Checkmate Edition which was a Special Edition packages offered by Mini for this year. The Checkmate includes:

I have a full folder of receipts from work that has been done to the car, or parts that have been replaced on the car.
I have a few tasteful modifications that I have done to this car to make it more stylish and enjoyable:
Morimoto 50w DS2 HID system for the low beams (better color and better light output: $170)
Tien Lowering Springs & Bilstein Struts (1.2in front and back, looks way better and also handles noticeably better, struts are oe spec: $550)
Stubby Antenna (nobody like the Mini Cooper stock antennas, that being said the stock one will be included in the box of spare parts: $35)
Third brake light adjustable strobe unit (probably saved me from getting rear ended at some point: $55)
Radio AUX cord factory kit installed in the glovebox ($60)
LED License Plate Lights ($20)
Fluid Filled Crank Pully ($350)
The only thing I see this car needing in the near future is a steering wheel reupholster, now before I decided to sell I did some research and found a good company in Texas that would do it for around $300 with the stock color blue leather.
