You are looking at a 2006 Saab 9-3. I have owned this car for 1 1/2 years, and have been very impressed with it. It has done very well for me. I have had few problems with this car. A pin connecting the shifting rod to the transmission broke, and I had that replaced for about 100 dollars. But other than that I have not had any major expenses on this car at all. I also put new freon in the air conditioning system last summer, but no major expenses due to breakdown. This car has been very dependable and low cost for me. And its a lot of fun to drive. The manual transmission and the turbo make it a very fun car to drive. With the turbo, it has a lot of power for a 2.0 liter engine. I am impressed with the take off. It also does good on gas. It averages about 30 mpg running around. 32-34 mpg on highway trips. It is Inspected until December of 2017. This car has very little rust. The only rust is a small bubble starting right under the gas cap. Car is in very good condition, Inside and Out. Inside is very clean, carpet, seats, ceiling upholstery, all in very good clean condition. The car has four new all season tires I bought in December. Two months ago. Brand new. Still like new tread.
This car has the following features that work as intended. Heat and AC (Just recharged AC, very cold)Power SeatsPower WindowsPower LocksHeated SeatsSunroofRadioCD Player (Sometimes it has fits, and skips or won't play)Cruise ControlTwo 12V charging outletsAuxiliary PortCons about the car.The odometer doesn't keep track of miles consistently. From what I have observed, it seems to keep track about half pace. If I drive from my house to Meadville, (12 miles) the odometer on the car will track 6 miles. I don't know when this started, but when I bought the car from a dealership in October 2015 they didn't mention anything about it. It had 142, 000 miles at that time. It may have started prior to that or possibly since I bought it too. I didn't notice it right away. So the odometer has tracked 8000 miles since I got it and I expect I drove more like 16000. I don't know how many total miles it has.The display systems displays these messages every time I start the car:Airbag Malfunction, Contact Saab DealerTraction Control Failure, Contact Saab DealerStability Control Failure, Contact Saab DealerI can clear these notifications out of the display center. Then they pop up again next time I start the car.None of these notifications have proved to be any issue to me.Thanks for Looking! Please call or text with any questions. (814) 694 7030
