This Saab has been kept in great repair and is without major damage or issue. Off the top - this vehicle is due for an oil change and I recommend using full synthetic. This car has never been beyond the recommended service interval for any fluid or parts change and has been ran on a diet of 92 octane or higher. Likewise, the leather has been conditioned weekly and the exterior waxed and buffed monthly.
For those of you that have never driven a Saab – this is an amazing one. The TurboSport mode in this machine offers a kick unlike any you will find in a BMW, Mercedes, or Alfa Romeo. Simply put, it’s fast. After an initial two seconds of general acceleration the turbocharger engages and injects cool air into a well-timed engine reminding everyone inside that the car was designed by an airplane manufacturer. The transmission shifts like a dream and only has 63K miles of wear. The vehicle can be driven in standard automatic or switched to manual and shifted from the wheel, enabling a more competitive feel.
Inside, this car is still one of the most luxurious riding experiences I’ve had. Inside the vehicle supple crème leather is accented by rich mahogany and plush carpets underfoot. Stay warm all winter long with front and rear heated seats. The vehicle has a 6-disc CD changer as well as satellite radio and an aftermarket Bluetooth installation. All electronics can be controlled from the wheel to ensure hands free control. Saab’s incredible Night Mode further ensures your safety by dimming all nonessential lights after dark when engaged as rain sensing windshield wipers guarantee a clear view.
This is by far the greatest vehicle I have ever owned, I'm sad to part with it but excited to send it off for a new adventure! I recently moved into the city and soon realized I did not need two cars, thus I am parting with this Nordic treasure.
