For sale is our 2008 SmartCar, Passion model. We are the 3rd owners of this little fun car. The original owners purchased it in Sacramento California, the 2nd owner here in Boise Idaho. We bought the car about a year ago to drive around town as a commuter, and discovered that it is also very roomy inside (don't let the small size fool you) and comfortable on longer highway trips (the seats are very comfortable for long sitting trips). It has VERY low mileage for its age (we purchased it with 47k miles). At 50k miles I put in Amsoil synthetic, Amsoil filter, spark plugs, air filter, etc, and just yesterday replaced the windshield (the old one was cracked). 3 cylinder, interior rear engine (made by Mitsubishi), rear WD. Everything works GREAT! Runs like a champ! Easy to drive with Automatic and manual shifting option, paddle shifters, alarm system, brand new Kenwood CD player with USB input, cool built in rear storage compartment (see pictures), semi-sunroof with interior rolling top, LED marker lights, traction control (works great in snow) stability control, ABS, AC, power windows, power door locks, and much more. Easy to drive, REALLY easy to park. We thought it might be a car that our kids would want to drive, but apparently it's just not that cool, according to them, and we are making the move to an all electric vehicle for our towny.
