Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges(unless picked up in person) and a $159.48 Illinois Document fee. Illinois residents must pay sales tax. New Illinois license plates are $196.00 with a title. Transfers are $120.00 with title. Non Illinois residents should verify tax and title procedures in your area. As of February 1, 2005 we are required to collect sales tax for the following states: Arizon(6.25%), California(6.25%), Florida(6.00%), Hawaii(4.00%), Indiana(6.25%), Massachusetts(6.25%), Michigan(6.0%), South Carolina(5.0% up to a maximum of $300), If the tax percentage is higher when you register the vehicle in your state, you may be required to pay the difference. You will NOT be taxed twice. A 30 day temporary registration permit is available to non Illinois residents($10). As a Courtesy service to our customers we offer free airport, or train station pick up during normal business hours. Later hours by appointment. ABSOLUTELY NO DELIVERIES ON SUNDAY(It is against Illinois state law). Buyer must produce a $200 deposit within 48 hours of auction end. The deposit may be made in the form of bank wire transfer, cash in person, cashiers check, PayPal, or credit card. Vehicle must be paid in FULL within 14 days of auction end. The remainder of the balance must be paid in full before the vehicle leaves the dealership. We do not accept PayPal or credit cards for the entire balance only the deposit. Vehicles must be picked up within 3 weeks of auction end unless previous arrangements have been made between buyer and seller prior to auction end. Please remember your bid is a legal contract.
