However Shelby County Tennessee requires that we collect a .03% Business Tax ( $3.00 per thousand) on all transactions, also Mt Moriah Auto Sales charges a $499.00 Documentation and Processing fee, please take this into account when making offers.
Out of State buyers whom obtain financing and require Mt Moriah Auto Sales to show a lein on title will be required to pay the sales tax rate for their state, this is required for Mt Moriah Auto Sales to properly perfect your Lenders Lein.
Taxes and Fees
In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. Our documentation fee is $499.00. All sales transactions must be completed within 7 days of auction close.
Deposit
We require a $500.00 deposit within 48 Hours of winning the auction. Please call Tim @ 901-592-7492 to make arrangements for payment.
Financing: We do offer financing through several national lenders, if financing is needed please contact us prior to making an offer so that we can get financing approved.

Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction. A $500.00 paypal deposit is required immediatly upon winning bid. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 7 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder.

A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at area airports when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.
