New brakes, tires replaced last fall, Oil change with Mobil-1 extended life, new wiper blades all around. We bought this in 2015 for my in-laws for $39k, it was driven very easily for short distances.
Normal wear and tear for this age vehicle, but been well-maintained. There is some minimal corrosion from a salt environment before I got it, but the mechanic says it doesn't have an affect.
Also included is a Jazzy 600 powerchair, used only a few times. 300 lb weight limit, rugged enough for outdoor use.
