This is a very clean Subaru Legacy that just passed Va state inspection and has been garage kept and smoke-free.
The Subaru runs and drives good and with only 77K miles it has tons of life left. This Forester is in my opinion in good condition. It has been excellently maintained and after driving it over 100 miles I can sell with confidence and say that it is a great car.
If you buy from us there is a 299$ processing fee.

The car is not guaranteed to pass any state inspection other than our own. There is only one warranty that comes with the car and that warranty is from ASCWARRANTY. All sales are final. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us before bidding. We are not mechanics. We do not have a mechanic shop. The description of the car is based upon the state inspection, and our experience and visual inspection.

All cars sold are used cars. It is normal for a car to have scratches and dents. We cannot guarantee that everything is visible in the pictures we post, but we can guarantee that we do our best to accurately represent the car in the description and the pictures. All of the vehicles we list on eBay are for sale locally. We reserve the right to end an auction early. All cars are immediately ready for delivery upon sale. Deposit: We require a $250 deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction. Please contact us to make arrangements for payment. Payment Types: Cash in person, Certified Funds, Institutional Financing All sales transactions must be completed within 7 calendar days of auction close. We only accept paypal and credit cards for deposits.
Fees and Taxes
Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license but are responsible for the processing fee $299.. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state.
What is the Dealer Processing Fee?
The Dealer Processing Fee or DPF is an elective charge to compensate for unreimbursed dealership costs and various additional consumer services. For example, buying fee, transporting, reconditioning, marketing, processing sales documents, postage, clerical work, notary, obtaining credit checks, verifying personal checks, securing power of attorney authorization, tracking lost titles, determining trade-in payoffs, registering for consumer related services, processing buyer guides, insurance forms and other miscellaneous fees and it is a considerable portion of the dealer’s cost, it allows us to give our customers the best service possible and it can't be waived under any circumstances.
DPF is excluded in the internet advertised price and you need to add it to that price to come up with the total out the door price. DPF fluctuates up or down based on the above mentioned market charges and costs. Our current DPF is $299.00.
