Terms and Conditions Notice to Bidders: All of the vehicles we list on are for sale locally. We reserve the right to end an auction early. All cars are immediately ready for delivery upon sale.
We require a $2000 wire deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction. Please call to make arrangements for payment. Payment Types: Cash in person, Certified Funds, Wire Transfers or Institutional Financing. All sales transactions must be completed within 7 calendar days of auction close.
By Bidding you agree to pay the amount speficied in full. Payment is only to be in US Currency and must be paid in full by the date and time specified. In addition to the final winning bid amount we are required to collect Colorado state sales tax if you reside witin Colorado. If you live outside Colorado and plan to register your vehicle you will be responsible for sales tax and other applicable fees as demanded by that states motor vehicle laws.
We do our best to prvide the most accurate and complete descriptions possible of the vehciles we list. These vehciles are used and as such they ARE NOT PERFECT. Descriptions are subjective and we, Lamac Umilited LLC, DBA the denver Collection bear no responsibility in differentiating opinions when it comes to the physical appearance of the vehicle.
We strongly encourage that all vehciles be personally inspected by you. All Sales are AS-IS / WHERE IS per Colorado Law. Fees and Taxes
Taxes and Fees: Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license fees for their applicable state. The Denver Collection will provide a 60 Temporary permit to operate the vehcile until the buyer registers the vehicle in their apporpriate state.
