A $500 deposit is due within 24 hours at the close of the auction. The remaining amount will be due payable in person through a cashier's check/money order at my bank within three days of the close of the auction while the Ferrari Convertible, Title, Owners Manuals, Both Keys, Private Bill of Sale, Etc. . will be exchanged to the buyer at my bank. If you have any questions, feel free to ask your questions in advance since this auction is a legally binding contract. Furthermore, this Car is being sold as is and there are no refunds under any circumstances. Any pre-purchase inspections performed from a reputable local auto service within the area from the buyer must be taken care of prior to the purchase, not after the purchase has been made.
