We require a deposit of $500 within 24 hours after the end of auction. This deposit is non-refundable unless the vehicle fails the buyer’s personal inspection or pre-purchase inspection from a qualified facility.
We have disclosed as much information as possible about our vehicles through pictures and written descriptions. All buyers are required to verify the condition of the vehicle they are buying. Unless otherwise stated in the advertisement, all vehicles are sold AS-IS WITH NO WARRANTY. The mileage on the vehicle, upon delivery, will not exactly match to the mileage shown in the advertisement due to test drives, inspections and, etc. Not all vehicles were acquired with two keys and owner’s manuals. Check with your sales consultant for the status of an additional key, owner’s manual or any other accessories that the vehicle may have. We recommend pre-purchase, onsite inspections by competent parties or authorized service centers after winning the auction ($500 deposit required which is refundable if the car does not match its description). All vehicles are available for inspection by appointment only. Buyer is responsible for ALL fees and charges for inspections made at buyer's discretion.

General Terms
All of the vehicles we list on eBay are for sale locally. We reserve the right to end an auction early. All cars are immediately ready for delivery upon sale. Deposit: We require a $500 deposit within 48 hours of winning the auction. Please call to make arrangements for payment. Payment Types: Cash in person, Certified Funds, Institutional Financing All sales transactions must be completed within 7 calendar days of auction close.
Fees and Taxes
Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license but are responsible for the documentation fee. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. You will receive 60-day in-transit tags.
We Reserve the right to end the auction at anytime if the vehicle described here in becomes sold or unavailable for any reason.
TAXES
All sales are subject to a $50 documentary fee $75 administration fee and a Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax based at 0.002461 of the purchase price 0$1000x0.002461=$2.48. Texas residents pay also 6.25% sales tax, registration fee and other associated fees. Out-of-State buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state. Payments terms Make sure you have all Moneys, financing or loan pre-approved before bidding. Payments should be made in cash in person only, bank wire transfer or certified funds. ALL CHECKS SHOULD BE MADE TO WESTSIDE HUMMER INC .The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
The winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of the auction closing to confirm sale transaction. If confirmation is not made, the seller have the right to offer the car to the next qualified bidder. ALSO THERE IS A $500 DOLLARS AS DEPOSIT TO CONFIRM THE DEAL IS ON NON REFUNDABLE. The deal must be consummated within 5days from the end of the auction or otherwise instructed.
