Out of state buyers will not pay PA sales tax. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state and paying their States taxes and fees. Contact your local Department of Motor Vehicles with questions. We offer a 30 day in-transit temporary license plate for $55. Valid license and insurance is required to issue.
