We just accepted this Subaru on trade from the original owner for a new BMW X3, we have both master keys, remotes, valet key, and manuals. There's no such thing as a flawless used car, but this one is well above average, particularly for a Forester. Subaru wagon owners love their cars, but rarely coddle their cars and that's reflected in cosmetic condition that's usually lower than average. But this one has been gently used, showing only minimal wear inside and out - it looks as good in-person as in photos. Tires are nearly new Pirellis all around. The CarFax is clean and while it doesn't reflect a complete service history, it shows enough history to be confident of proper care from the original owner.

Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder will submit a $500 deposit by credit/debit card within 1 business day of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle and arrange final payment terms. The successful high bidder agrees to pay remaining balance due within 3 days of auction close unless alternate arrangements are made with the seller. All details of the transaction must be complete before release of vehicle to the successful high bidder.
Financing:
some cars offered by Autobahn Outlet are eligible for financing and Autobahn has access to many lenders who are open minded about older cars with higher miles, but many cars offered through Autobahn Outlet are not eligible for financing due to their age, miles, and/or price too low to meet minimum lender requirements. Fees and Taxes:
All sales will be assessed a $150 doc fee, $5 temporary tag fee (good for 60 days), and Texas State inventory tax of .2390% ($23.90 per $10, 000 sale price). Cars registered in Texas will be charged the aforementioned items, as well as 6.25% motor vehicle sales tax and $100.75 in license and registration.
