There is only one warranty that comes with the car and that warranty is from ASCWARRANTY. All sales are final. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us before bidding. We are not mechanics. We do not have a mechanic shop. The description of the car is based upon the state inspection, and our experience and visual inspection.

All cars are immediately ready for delivery upon sale. Deposit: We require a NON REFUNDABLE $500 deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction. Please contact us to make arrangements for payment. Payment Types: Cash in person, Certified Funds, Institutional Financing . All sale transactions must be completed within 7 calendar days of auction close. We only accept paypal and credit cards for the deposits. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours after the auction ends we have the right to cancel the sale and sell the vehicle to the second highest bidder. Please verify the vehicle options and colors by the pictures and description. The option window is automatically generated by ebay based on the VIN number and it is the buyers responsibility to verify the accuracy of the options.
Fees and Taxes Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license but are responsible for the processing fee $899. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state.
