Its been a fun project, but we have done a few of these swaps at our shop and I am ready for something else as a personal car.
Car is very fast on the street. Made 670whp at 21 psi through the TH400 auto trans. With our custom Motec firmware we keep many factory functions working. The car has custom traction control, which does wonders on the street. Factory ABS control, Factory DBW gas pedal is utilized, Factory fan control, Factory electric power steering.
This is currently setup as the perfect street car, that will run excellent numbers at the track. With this identical setup in our shop car (2 years ago), we ran 9.1's consistently. Last year when we swapped that car to a precision 6785 class legal turbo, we ran consistent 8.3's with 1.2 60 ft's. This being my personal car I have had since new, I set it up to drive. Have not yet been to the track with this setup. I have roughly 1000 miles on this entire swap.
There are so many custom features and work put into this, I could talk to a serious buyer for hours. Any question can be answered, as I myself have touched every square inch of this car myself.
