I have been asking around to mechanic and people that deal with salvage cars and Ive been told that the transmission might just need the solenoids or something simple and the the rest of the things wrong is around $100-200 dollars worth
I talked to the mechanic today(9/19/16) to ask him more about the car and he said that the engine dint have any signs of water inside but that the transmission did. he told me he flushed it 2 times and that with every time the transmission ran better he was going to flush it one more time before replacing the solenoids he said he was pretty sure that's what it needed (solenoids)
update as of 10/5/16 thanks to an ebay member i noticed i had made a mistake on the miles, i had it listed at 279 miles and its actually 216

hello i am putting up for sale my 13 VW Tiguan, it does have a salvage tittle it was a flood car, long story short there was a passing in the family and he was the one doing everything on the car, it was bought in 2014 and got started to work on it quick its started right up with the normal symptoms of a car of this nature i know they ordered a lot of new parts for it and it was sent to a dealership and they replaced a lot of things on it the mechanic that was hired locally basically just charged and dint really do his job, i have a box with random things from the car ill try to get more pictures of the things on it one thing i do recall is a fan and the modules for the passenger windows. im open to a partial trade plus cash for the car i estimate including the car there's more than 13k spent here my bad luck can be your gain.
it looks real good please look at the pictures for a lot of details , the car is dirty inside and out not to bad but i haven't been able to go and detail it. the mechanic was careless with the car when he was working on it so some panels have signs of when he tried to open it not to bad i think, there's plastic molding that are not in place easy fix and when i was taking the pictures i saw that his dog gnawed on the rear bumper a bit

most things are not connected like the window modules (they don't go down)
blower motor not responding but compressor engages
stereo lights up but no sound or power
