Deciding to let go of my R. In summary, the car is big turbo, built motor and head, with 50, xxx miles on the car and 12k miles on the new motor.

2.1L built in-house by Integrated Engineering.
Tuscan rods, Mahle pistons, Mahle race bearings, polished crank, bored over, ARP hardware and head bolts, ported head with IE valve springs and retainers.
Integrated Engineering intake manifold, APR exhaust manifold, GTX2867R turbo, APR downpipe, 42DD exhaust, snow performance custom direct port water meth injection running 70/30, BSH throttle body pipe, CTS intercooler, SPM motor and transmission mounts, HPA solid puck dogbone mount, APR tune with fully adjustable LC/NLS, stock-91octane-93 octane- 100 octane maps, APR HPFP and LPFP with controller and ability to drain the tank.
Exterior:
Seibon carbon fiber hood, ECM tuning grill with badge delete, Europe LED tails.
Wheels:
18x8 Proline with Nitto NT-05 tires 235/45/18, tires about 1 month old.
Suspension:
K-sport fully adjustable coilovers with front camber adjustment, H&R sway bar.
Brakes:
Adam's slotted rotors, stop tech pads, steel braided lines.
Driveline:
Southbend stage 3 drag 6-puck sprung clutch with 15lbs single mass flywheel, Haldex competition rear controller.

Car made 460awhp on pump gas with meth and 485awhp on race gas with meth. 525-555 crank HP.
It is an absolute rocket. Ran 11.57@125mph on street tires.
The bad:
small dent on the passenger side fender that I am trying to get fixed from someone that opened a door into it in a parking lot.
NADA value puts it at 27, 400 private sale. $25k in mods. I have a bottom dollar in mind that I will not go under. Car runs flawless and pulls hard making 28+ psi.
