If a deposit is not received or an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can be made available to other potential buyers, both locally and to bidders, on a first come-first serve basis. 2. All financial transactions should be completed within 7 DAYS after auction ends. If transaction is not completed within this time the buyer risks losing his or her deposit. 3. We have disclosed as much information as possible and we welcome buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyer's inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle before the auction ends. (Buyer will pay for inspection charges and fees). 4. Seller accepts cashiers-check, certified funds, or 'drafts' from known financial institutions (seller will not accept cash). PayPal is only accepted for deposits. Street Toyota will not accept PayPal or any credit card for full payment. 5. Buyers outside of Texas pay for applicable taxes, registration and tag. Texas buyers pay all applicable state and county taxes, registration and tag. 6. We can assist you in transporting any vehicle but all fees the responsibility of the buyer. 7. Rick Husband (AMA) Airport has regular, scheduled flights from Continental, Southwest and American Airlines. We will be glad to pick you up at the airport.
