I am selling this 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek for my Fiance.

I will give it a fresh oil change before it ships. I always use full synthetic Mobil 1 0w20 Advanced Fuel Economy. Every 5k miles.
This car has been garaged roughly 75% of its life. We do camp and I use my garage for projects so it wasn't always possible.
We have average 25 mpg for the past 700 miles. This was in a lot of stop and go traffic. The best I have seen was 32 mpg on a road trip through New Mexico.
The 60, 000-mile drivetrain warranty is transferable along with the 100, 000-mile warranty on the motor.
The clutch was replaced by Subaru of Walnut Creek at 30, 000-miles (covered under drivetrain warranty).
There are a couple very small dents and scratches I will attempt to show in the pictures.
The car is perfect mechanically.

The FB20 Motor that comes in this and many Subaru's have had an issue with using too much oil and a class action suit has been won. This is the reason for the 100k mile motor warranty. We have had the oil consumption test performed by Subaru of Walnut Creek and it passed.
This car has been a great vehicle for us, and as sad as we are to see her go, we are looking for
something a little smaller and more agile.

Again, I am selling this for my Fiance and I will be dealing with the bulk of the deal but she will be signing documents.
