General Terms
The winning bidder is required to contact Lamborghini Las Vegas within 24 hours of the auction end by phone or email: Tom Brazill 702-682-6995 or tbrazill@findlayauto.com. A $3000 deposit is due within 24 hours, and the balance within 3 days. Wire transfers and cashier's checks are preferred methods of payment. If contact is not made within 24 hours, the dealership reserves the right to sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or to re-list it.
Fees and Taxes
Taxes/Fees/Transportation: Buyers out side of the state of Nevada are responsible for all taxes/fees/tariffs/registration/inspection fees in their home state/province/country, and any/all transportation charges. A temporary drive-away permit (15 days) can be purchased for $8.25. Nevada residents are required to pay 8.1% sales tax and local registration fees, $28.25 title fee, and $29.50 smog fee. All transactions will require a $499 doc fee.
