CONCERNING VEHICLE PICK-UP:
Pickup must occur within THREE (3) days of the end of the auction, unless other arrangements are made with us. There will be a storage fee of $20.00 per day for any vehicle left on our premises after this time, unless arrangements are made in advance.
The winning bidder is responsible for picking the vehicle up at our location near Dublin, CA. Address will be sent to anyone who arranges an appointment to inspect the vehicle.
CONCERNING SMOG (CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS ONLY) 1976 AND NEWER VEHICLES:
We make no guarantees as to the vehicle passing or failing an emission test.
Buyer will be responsible to pay any and all smog check fees or costs of repairs to bring auto to compliance with California SMOG check regulations. Buy entering a bid you agree to all stipulations in this entire posting.
