Description:

1992 Acura Legend LS Coupe. This is a rare 2 door 5 speed manual model. The car is for PARTS OR REPAIR, needs work, its a project.
I bought this to fix up for myself, but winter is coming and 1. I don't have the knowledge to do the work quickly. 2. I don't have the garage space to do this slowly.
I am NOT however desperate to sell and I won't accept offers that are way less than what I have invested. I've only had this car for awhile, but I'll tell you everything I can. Feel free to ask questions or request additional pictures or information, BUT there is no substitute for seeing the car in person here in NY.
Has a gas leak, I think from a rubber line, definitely just in front of the driver side rear tire. Check engine light is on, I just replaced the EGR, might need O2 sensor? This is OBDI, and I'm not that familiar with how to read those codes. Has a new battery.
I purchased a color matching fender, passenger door and corner light, but all of these are included and need to be installed. One tire is soft, and a couple of the wheels and tires will need to be replaced.
Interior is ok, not super. Clutch seems to engage a little high. Drivers door does not open from inside, little black plastic piece is broken, but I think one can be used from the extra passenger door. Truck does not open with interior button or key. I think I only have the valet key.
Car does run, and it will drive, but the gas leak is such that it can not be test driven without being fixed.
So, a bit of a project, but a nice rare car if you have the time, space, knowledge to do the work. Please don't waste my time and I won't waste yours, Fair enough? Car is located in Staatsburg, NY 12580, near Hyde Park, Rhinebeck and Poughkeepsie about half way between New York City and Albany. Thanks, Mike
