Our vehicles are sold As Is. As Is, this means that you the new owner accept the car in the condition it is in, and that the you the new owner will be responsible for any repairs that need to be done. Manufacturer's warranties do not apply. No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.
Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.

Deposit
The highest bidder will submit a $500 deposit within 24 hours to closing of the auction to secure the vehicle. Deposits must be made through Paypal.
Payment of Balance Due:
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 3 days of closing of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Repairing and retitling a salvage vehicle can be difficult, with a lot of paperwork involved, so be sure to keep all documents showing where you bought the parts you used to resuscitate the vehicle. Also take before photos as soon as you come into possession of the vehicle; you'll need them later when you have the repaired car inspected. You the buyer are required to obtain all of this information for your state inspection process. Thus, after repair photographs, invoices detailing parts used to repair your vehicle with vin numbers.
