One owner car that I acquired because it had a bad transmission.
I had the transmission fully rebuilt (by the same individual that rebuild the transmission in the car that I drive every day). New clutches, new filter, new torque converter.
Clean autocheck
Although the car has 170K miles on it, you would never know it without looking at the odometer.
It is pretty clean inside, leather is in good condition (small wear spot on drivers seat), and everything works.

Engine runs very well.
The weakest part of the Hondas and Acuras is the transmission, and now that this one has a rebuilt transmission, it should be good for many more miles. This is a very solid car that was used for commuting.
The original owner said that the water pump and timing belt were changed on time at around 100K miles and that all brakes and rotors were done 3 years ago at @140-150K miles.
The tires are brand new Firestone tires.
