Time to upscale to near luxury with this pre-owned 2002 Acura TL Type S, black with tan interior, 219259 miles at time of listing. This car was assembled in the USA. Has 3.2L V6 EFI engine, 5-speed Type S high performance automatic transmission, and a list of features and accessories that is too long to list! Suggested 19mpg city and 29mpg hwy. Has good auto check with two minor incidents having been reported, but still qualifies for buyback protection. It also states there are 2 open recalls both related to airbag.
Vehicle is being sold as is. Final price does not include taxes, tags, title, registration fees or $199 processing fee we charge on all sales transactions. Big-Country Motors is a licensed dealer in Virginia. While often times we have titles in our possession, in some cases there may be a delay in receiving the original instrument, for example if there is a loan against the vehicle and a lender has the title.
All shipping charges and arrangements are the buyer's responsibility. We will assist buyer in working with a transport agent of the buyer's choice in order to make the transaction as smooth as possible.
Successful high bidder must communicate with us by email or phone within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If the sale is not completed within 7 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. Additionally, this vehicle is for sale on our lot and we reserve the right to end this auction at any time pursuant to a local sale.
Bidders must be 18 years of age or older. Successful buyer must send to seller a deposit in the amount of 10% of final sales price by major credit card, cash in person, bank wire transfer or bank certified funds within 48 hours of auction's end. Balance is due within 10 days of auction's end by the same means. Dealer processing fee of $199 will apply to all sales.
At the time of sending the initial deposit, buyer must fax a copy of their state issued valid driver's license. Additionally, before vehicle is released for shipment to buyer, all other sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to seller.
Some cars may be driven by company employees or test driven while at the lot so mileage may be higher than advertised. Please feel free to verify exact mileage before bidding.
