This is a used 1974 Alfa Romeo GTV 2000 Coupe. Original color combination of Silver with Pigskin Interior. Optional factory Turbina wheels. It was sitting in a garage for about 25 years. It has a clear NY title. It appears to have been painted at some point in the past, but we have no record of when or to what extent. It shows 65347 miles which we believe to be original. It appears to be complete with most of its original parts and most importantly unmolested. The windshield is original SIGLA Brand with the glue in trim. The interior is original, of course the front seat bottoms are cracked as pictured and one side of the rear seat back has a split at the seam that can possibly be fixed. The headliner looks ok and has a few of the typical stains. It has a period dealer installed air conditioning system and radio and speakers. The motor is frozen, but it can be rebuilt. You could probably do this first along with the hydraulics and fuel system and drive the car as is, of course with fresh tires and then decide how to proceed with the restoration. The fuel tank was removed in order to clean out the fuel system in an attempt to get the car started, but we could not get the motor to turn. It has the typical rust associated with this vintage of GTV, but most of the repair panel sections that would be required are available from suppliers in Germany. GTVs are starting to take off in value making this a nice candidate to restore within a budget that would not outrun the value of the car.
