1974 Alfa Romeo 2000 GTV with Factory AC.
Manufactured on the 23rd October 1974 and sold on the 28th October 1974 to Alfa Romeo Englewood Cliffs, USA.The body colour is (Rosso) amaranth red, with natural leather tex interiors.
This is a rust free car with original panels. The car is in near concourse condition and the Frame-On restoration was done 2 year ago.
The car has all the
original undercoating
intact and all the drain plugs & the jack points are solid, dry, and original. The paint is in excellent condition with very nice shine to it (car had the original paint, the paint was stripped to bare metal and it was respraid to original factory Marroon color). As it is evident from the photos, headliner, door panels, carpet and seats, seat belts are new and they are in perfect condition. Dash has no cracks and it is in concouse condition. Polished stainless steel bumpers & moldings are evident in the photos and they have a very nice shine to it. The car has new rubber moldings & seals along with new front windshield.
Mechanically the car drives very strong. It turns ON with first oe secound crank and she ideals perfect. Oil presure is excelent. There are no oil leaks at all, however the car comsumes a quart of oil every 1, 000 miles. Transmission shifts smooth in all gears. All the electrical are in good working condition except the interior light and windshield washer. The AC is ICE COLD (spent about $1, 800 to update AC, work was done by APC). Sterio system works and it's mounted in glove box compartment. I'm selling the car for a friend, he purchased the vehicle at Estae Sale 2 years ago with original paint. He repainted the car to original Marroon color paint and the work was done at Autobahan auto body in Costa Mesa, California. The odometer shows 36, 478 miles, the prevoius owner's son claimed that the car has the original 136, 000 miles, however not much of douments available to support it.
