HERE IS THE STORY ON THIS CAR. IT CAME TO THE OWNER IN 1983 FROM CALIFORNIA WITH 92911 MILES
IT WAS PUT INTO HIS COLLECTION, WHERE IS SAT UNUSED FOR MANY YEARS. WHEN HE DECIDED TO FRESHEN UP
THE CAR, HE HAD IT REPAINTED IN IT’S, ORIGINAL YELLOW COLOUR, AND HAD IT TOTALLY GONE OVER MECHANICALLY.
THE ENGINE WAS COMPLETELY REBUILT GAS TANK CLEANED AND SEALED AND ALL MECHANICAL ASPECTS WERE INSPECTED
AND PUT INTO EXCELLENT WORRY FREE DRIVE-ABLE CONDITION.
THE WHEELS WERE POWDER COATED, THE UNDER CARRIAGE IS IN AS NEW CONDITION, AND THE LAST INVOICES FOR WORK
DONE WAS 259 MILES AGO, WHEN THERE WERE NEW TIRES, AND A MULTITUDE OF OTHER ITEMS DONE. UNFORTUNATELY
THE OWNER HAD BEEN ILL FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME AND THE CAR WAS SIMPLY STORED, IN AN ENVIRONMENTALLY CONTROLLED
STORAGE FACILITY, AND IT NEVER TURNED A WHEEL.
IF FOR NOT FOR THE FACT THAT THE 89 YEAR OLD OWNER HAS NOW PASSED ON THE CAR WOULD NOT BE FOR SALE, AS IT WAS
HIS PRIDE AND JOY. EVEN THOUGH FOR THE LAST NUMBER OF YEARS, HE WAS NOT ABLE TO DRIVE THE CAR HE WOULD
GO TO THE GARAGE JUST TO SIT IN IT AND HAVE A VISIT.
THERE NEVER WAS, AND CERTAINLY IS NOT A SPEC OF RUST ANYWHERE IN THIS CAR, THE PAINT IS SCRATCH AND CHIP FREE.
IT WAS NEVER IN ANY SORT OF COLLISION AND HAS NEVER REQUIRED ANY PHYSICAL REPAIR.
