You are bidding on a Tipo 750 B Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint. Per Centro Documentazione, AR 1493*06376 manufactured on the 28th of February 1958 and sold on the 12th of March 1958 to Hoffman Motor Car Co. The original body color was Alfa Red. A total of 10, 290 units produced from 1954 till 1959. This is a great opportunity to restore a true “Eyebrow” / “Small Tail Light” Sprint that was truly hand-built.
As you see, this a candidate for a full restoration job. This car was purchased as you see it and from doing a quick survey, most parts and trim are available. Original 1315 motor is not with the car but are typically readily available. Of particular interest is that this is a “Convortevole” model, even if Centro Documentazione makes no note of it. The car has the original headliner sub-frame for the rear area to gain the additional height and a very rare rear center shelf with arm rest.
Available is the rear end, front suspension units, driveshaft, front & rear bumpers, brake components, etc…see pics. Door fit is excellent and body is very strong, front floor pans will need replacing, extra roof top comes with sale as does additional top of dash. Trim is most difficult to find and I believe it is mostly there from exterior to interior. I have seat buckets but no seat-backs. Seat tracks are there. I have gas tank Straps but no Gas Tank.
