Up for sale is my 1983 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce. 5-speed manual, 4 cyl. This is the Pininfarina series 3 with 2.0-liter motor and the Bosch fuel injection. Beautiful red with tan leather interior. This was to be my retirement present but we are moving back to Europe so my loss is your gain. I have over $14, 000 total invested in car. Book value is $15, 000, Sacrifice for $9995 because I need to sell fast and get on with our move back overseas. ($2500 less than 3 similar years/types) Spider runs, looks, drives fantastic. Great mohair top, great interior. Nice Goodyear tires, lots of tread left. Previous owner had a very expensive paint job done. (Has one small blemish in rear.) I did lots of mechanical work and have receipts for most.
Here is all the work I have done:
Brand new clutch
New rear end (rebuilt)
Rear end support straps
New battery
New front control arm supports
New window guides
New alternator
Some rewiring of engine wires
New exhaust
New fuel pump (in tank)
New wipers
New floor mats, car cover, brake boot
Balance tires
Here are a few items still needed, all minor…..
AC fan does not work
No radio
Speedometer fast by 10 mph (recalibrate)
Rear u joint (has a clang)
Small tear in drivers seat but hardly noticeable
