Unlike many apocryphal barn finds, this one actually came out of a barn in northern CA, where it had been stored for the last fifteen years. Sold new in Italy, imported to the U.S. around 1980, one owner in California since its arrival. Minor, repairable rust in the usual places (see photos). Runs and drives, shifts, steers, and stops. No overheating issues. Engine not the original, but is a 1966 engine (many Alfa engines from this era were changed early on due to manufacturing defects). In any event, this is the engine that was in the car when it was imported 35 years ago. Most electrical items are in working order. Interior trim tattered and weathered, replacement required. Soft top ripped, top frame in need of repair/replacement. Older repaint in a shade similar to the original color. Some minor storage damage, never wrecked. Original Euro-style headlamps, plexiglass covers missing. Four 14 wheels, one 15 wheel (spare). Original jack. Tires are NOT roadworthy. Clean CA title in hand, last registered in 1998.
