With head-turning good looks, it’s the right balance of classic style with modern mechanicals. The timeless styling conveys a real sense of value and it’s the very last project the renowned stylist Batista Pininfarina was personally involved. Widely viewed as classic design today, it was met with some controversy when the so-called “Kamm-tail” was added. The Spider was obviously assembled with care in 1990, as the fit is all quality. Its easy lowering and raising the top and installing the tonneau cover vs. other classic roadsters. Sitting behind the wheel and looking over the sloping hood at the rounded tops of the fenders is intoxicating. It makes you feel as if you are driving something much more expensive. This low millage California car is rust free and a daily driver. Parts are readily available and it is reasonable to have work done.
