Hi folks, Your bidding on a one family owned Alfa Romeo spider 1750. This rare spider is being offered for sale with no reserve and will sell to the highest bidder.
Strong points.
-Runs and drives as it did in 1971!- Spica injection, brakes, lights, (even the glove box light is functional), suspension, tires all in top shape.( tires have less than 1000 miles on them).- All glass including windshield are free of any nicks or scratches.- Almost flawless Original interior including rare to find rubber carpeting (including trunk) and orginal am/fm radio.- 62000 original miles( The alfa was parked in dry storage for 15 years after the passing of its owner in 1980) and back on the road in mid nineties by another family member.) Driven only in summer months.- Old maintenance records.- Solid floors and spare tire well all original to vehicle and never replaced including all 4 jacking points.-Stainless steel bumpers as well as all chrome, interior and exterior look great.-original boot cover
Weak points.
- needs fresh paint and some body work as it was repainted in the late 70's after being rear ended above the bumper causing damage to tail light area and tail lights. Paint/ bodywork in that area is cracking.- The tail lights were replaced with incorrect ones, the correct ones will be included in the sale.- Convertible top could use replacing as it has been patched over the years. It does not leak and rear window is clear.
