The Ambassador was the top of the line automobile produced by American Motors Corporation from ’58 to ’74. In 1969, the Ambassador received a major restyling, including a new quad headlight cluster, blacked out grille, and a forward leaning front end which gave the appearance of motion to the car, even when sitting still. The 1969 Ambassador is a smooth, powerful sedan that really does not look like anything else on the road. The ’69 Ambassador stressed luxury. These cars were often converted into stretch limousines due to the level of comfort. Riding in this one feels no different. Powered by a 343ci 5.6L V8 engine, this car has enough get up to push you back into the seat when taking off from the light or stop sign. The bad-ass rumbling sound of the motor will have heads turning, before you even turn the corner! The automatic transmission effortlessly shifts through the gears, like it should. - Bid or send a Best Offer with confidence - call, text or email with any questions before bidding. We want you to know exactly what you're looking at. Just ask us for more pictures or a custom tailored video.
- $1000 deposit needed within 24 hours of offer being accepted. - A deposit is a commitment to purchase and is non-refundable which is applied to the purchase amount.
- Payment methods: ACH, wire transfer, cashier's check, credit card(3% fee), personal check(10 business days to clear), and of course- cash. PayPal not accepted.
- Signed purchase contracts, cleared payment in full, and a copy of your driver's license will be needed before the vehicle is released.
- Our hours are 9-5pm EST Monday through Saturday.
