This is a 1974 AMX Javelin. Originally a 304 car(yes, AMX did come with a 304 in 1974), now has a 360. It is a running driving project. Will need a new master cylinder to stop. Will also need the trans flushed, do too a bad radiator allowing coolant to leak inside the transmission cooler. Of course will need another radiator. Fuel tank is a fresh reconditioned unit. No worries there. Engine runs pretty strong. Exhaust is there, but will need to be hooked up. Passenger side reaches manifold fine, while drivers side is short.
The body is in better shape than a lot I've came across. The passenger side lower quarter will have to be replaced(just the outer skin, inner is fine), while the drivers side quarter is fine. Has rust bubbles on both sides of the sail panel(pictured). Though not in window channels, roof or body creases. Will be an easier, cheaper patch. Very small spot in the trunk visible in the pictures. Car has flawless floor pans, channels and seems. The rest mentioned is the rust present. None even under the battery tray! Has the AMX grille and overlay. The bucket grille itself has a few cracks, but presentable(finding one uncracked is a job all it's own!) Has rear spoiler, as well as the front spoiler. Front suspension has been redone in recent times.

Interior is fair for age. Has a gorgeous 140/tach cluster with brilliant color. AM/FM radio in place. Console in working order and not broken. There are tears on the front seat, while rear seat is free from rips and tears. Headliner is also in great shape.
Included with the car are some loose parts that aren't attached to the car. Chrome that goes around the wheel wells, front & rear windows, hood chrome are all included, as well with interior trim. Windshield wiper motor and arms are not attached, but included. A very nice rear bumper will go with the car, as well with a Legendary door and truck weather striping kit(both pictured).
Now for the legal. Please, do not bid to secure an opportunity to inspect the car. Viewings are welcome and encouraged, but bid only if you mean it please. A $250 deposit to be made within 24 hours of the auctions end with no exceptions! To be paid in full within one week. Pick up time can be discussed. All questions welcome and thanks for looking!
