On Aug-21-15 at 08:59:33 PDT, seller added the following information:According to an email sent by an AMC enthusiast. .C3 the color of my 1972 AMC AMX on ebay, was not a Javelin color, it was a special order only color. He stated he had seen only one other AMX (like his-same color C3), and could have purchased years ago in San Luis Obispo, CA. .my 1972 AMX was purchased in Atascadero, CA which is approximately 30 miles away. .It was probably this AMX. Good luck bidding on this rare color scheme AMX.
See: Hemmings Motor News and their positive opinion on the 1971-1974 Javelin/AMX as undervalued and good investment value.
