This car runs great! It has orig. engine and transmission, I've used it as a daily driver.It had a dented rear quarter panel but we straightened it, it has been primed and is ready for paint. The interior is in need of repair. orig. seats, dash, steering wheel, glass etc. The fuel pump had to replace with an electric one. We could not re build it because we live in California and it is illegal to rebuild fuel pumps here. The original fuel pump is still in place. The radiator has also been replaced.This car is fun to drive and good on gas! There is no rust in trunk or floor boards. Please refer to the pictures, I've tried to take pictures that show as much detail as possible. The tires have good tread and it even has the orig. hub caps.
This vehicle was in an accident several years before I bought it and was put on a salvage title, when I bought the car it did not run, the rear drivers side quarter panel was dented in and the rear axel was bent. I straightened the dent, replaced the rear axel with another 66 AMC axel, replaced the fuel pump and radiator. Repaired all lights, brakes and master cylinder. I have all receipts for everything I repaired or replaced on this car. After doing all the repairs needed to get this car running and inspected, I took it to the DMV lamp and break inspection station and then to DMV inspectors and the car passed all inspections and now has been registered and can be used as daily driver. The car is currently on a Non-op certificate which I also have in hand along with the title. I have invested over $3, 000 into this car.
