up for sale is a 1964 rambler classic 770 GASSER this has been done ground up - 1971 Chrysler 440 - .030 with a comp cams thumper - engine has only 2000 miles since complete o-haul has an 833 Chrysler 4 speed (fat shaft 23 spline) and an 8 3/4 diff with all new pinions and sides and green axle bearings with 3:91 gear paint is tri stage pearl with silver undertones interior -1969 a body seats frt and rambler rear done with mopar style stitching has a 15 gallon fuel cell with holley fuel pump and a functional 2 1/2 front tank routed through a manual switching valve car won 2nd place at Pittsburgh world of wheels - gasser class 2 years ago - real nice car we drove it from home to the gasser reunion in Thompson ohio then to Geneva and back - flawless - drive it any where the car took 2 years to build and has been done for almost 3 years it has some really cool small details like - 1968 mopar side marker lights amc emblem at the bottom of rf fender remote trunk open/power reminder on rear of lh qtr panel remote power switch and trunk mounted battery aux. 1938 gm heater mounted under dash to take the chill off on those fall evenings when your out cruising ! led lighting for fuel pressure gauge mounted at the tunnel ram the rear tires are 305/50/15 with 15 steelies and ramble caps fronts are 4 1/2 CRAGAR on skinnys this winter I broke down the top end of the engine and re polished and touch up from 2 years of driving put a new coil and manual fuel pump on (just because I needed to spend some car money !) I know you cant recover your money if you build them - but the reserve may just cover parts money - certainly not paint cost ! this car is a lot of fun to drive and actually I can get about 11 mpg - of course who worries about fuel cost when you have this much fun - but its time to build another one so this has to go .
