This is a great classic, for sale is a 1961 AMC Rambler Wagon. It features a GM drive train. It has a 1977 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am 403 cubic inch v8 motor with under 3k miles since completed, a turbo 350 automatic transmission with 373 gears and it has rear air shocks to adjust your ride. Also has a tow package hidden behind the rear license plate. Under the hood is a motor compartment that's fully detailed and super clean, with new battery and alternator , and everything else you can imagine. Had it in the shop again to fine tune it and rebuild the brakes. The brakes are bone stock, they suck, but its original 1961 AMC non power brakes, I did want to upgrade and convert to disc brakes, but its a cruiser, not a race car, and I liked the set up and did not want to change wheels and the looks, and so I left the brakes original. Car has a nice exhaust system, and as you can see its an original color theme white with a red roof, with custom flames. Front was lowered 2 inches. The interior was finished this summer, to match the exterior. Its truly a head turner and fun to drive. No power steering, no power brakes, and no ac, so it lacks modern day comfort, nothing that cant be added. The car is complete, solid, beautiful, and ready to cruise, show, or whatever works for you. I would say the interior is done, the carpet was done in grey along with the headliner in grey, but I liked the difference in contrast, you may like something different.
