Taxes and Fees Texas buyers pay 6.25% sales tax. Buyers outside of Texas are responsible for applicable sales taxes in their home state.

All sales are subject to Texas VIT Tax based at 0.002487 of purchase price. For example, the VIT for a $10, 000 purchase is $24.87 ($10, 000.00 x .002487).
All sales are subject to $155.00 document fees.
Buyer will be responsible for his own Licensing Requirements in State of residence.
