TERMS: AUCTION POLICIES We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions. BIDDING Your bid constitutes a legally binding contract to purchase this vehicle. ***Please do not bid if you are not seriously interested or financially able to purchase this vehicle. We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early. NEGATIVE OR ZERO FEEDBACK We do not allow bidding for zero or negative feedback bidders. SUCCESSFUL BIDDER We reserve the right to relist or sell the vehicle to a qualified buyer in the event that the winning bidder does not pay. We also reserve the right to sell the vehicle to the second highest bidder if the winning bidder does not contact us within 24 hours of the close of the auction.
