Up for auction is a clean 2005 Audi S4 Quattro 8 cylinder with 117, 870 miles. The S4 is fully loaded with all the options: 18 alloy wheels with great tires, xenon headlights, metallic silver paint, heated seats, Recaro off white leather interior, CD/AM/FM (radio does not show any wear), steering wheel is in excellent condition also.The body is in very good condition without any major dings or dents. Rear bumper cover does show wear from street parking but does not have any cracks, just chips. Front bumper has a piece that is cracked and can be seen on the pictures attached. But overall the S4 is very clean through out with great leather interior and exterior. The cup holder piece that is missing in the picture and the shifter button will come with the car. Clean IL title with great carfax service records:Between 63, 000 miles- 80, 000 miles the following has been replaced according to the carfax history report: Thermostat, valve cover gaskets, upper control arms and lover control bushings, struts.
S4 will need some engine work. Recently the S4 lost compression on one side of the engine and the vehicle DOES NOT START/RUN. I have had a mechanic do the compression test on it and after that the car has been sitting. When you turn the key it sounds as if not enough fuel is getting to the engine and its not letting the car start. The buyer would need to arrange pickup for the vehicle and loading. The S4 is still valued at $10, 000 if it was current running in the condition its in and the miles it has. This is a great project for an enthusiast that can do the repairs on their own.
