This is the rare Audi TT convertible with 225 horsepower and has approx. 148K miles on it. It runs great, it's quick, it handles amazingly, and is a joy to drive. We would not be selling it if we didn't have to. The engine was completely rebuilt about 2 years ago and we have all the paperwork showing maintenance and repairs since 2008.
This car is mechanically sound. The only issues are as follows: driver side electric window does not work (likely the motor), glove box lock/cover is broken off but we have the piece, and the back window came out of the convertible top so it will need a new convertible top unless you are able to glue the window back in (I've seen some people do this successfully). I got an estimate of $1, 200 to have a new convertible top installed, or around $400-500 to buy it myself and put it on (or pay labor to have someone put it on).
We have taken these issues (mainly the window/top) into consideration and are asking a much lower price than these usually go for. Please let me know if you have any questions before making an offer. We are looking for a QUICK SALE because we need to sell the car ASAP due to relocation and the price is somewhat negotiable.
