British enthusiasts...a great chance to own a Black London Taxi!
This taxi was purchased from London Taxi Exports in the UK in 2001 and we have been the sole owners. Taxi Exports had completely redone the interior in black leather and painted the exterior black. All parts are original including the engine which was completely overhauled around 2008. The roomy area behind the driver has a seating capacity of 5. Everything is in working condition, except the taxi meter is not hooked up. It needs a new radio antenna and the front left window needs to be adjusted. There is some body work that needs to be performed, but all in all the taxi is in great shape.
It is a fun vehicle to drive and always gets a thumbs up or honks of approval. We have occasionally used it for wedding parties.
After 15 years we believe it's time for the Ole Gal to find a good home and thus have priced it to sell.
