For your consideration, is a beautifully restored 1965 Austin Healey Mark III. The car was the subject of a body-off frame restoration in 2011-2012. This was a 12 month, nut-and-bolt effort. All trim, chrome, bumpers and rubber were restored/replaced. His intent was to make a personal statement, with everything done to factory specifications mechanically, while adding special finishes and subtle appearance changes. The interior is done in a light saddle color, with white 100-6 gauges, a very powerful Sony sound system (with a removable speaker system, crafted to fit on the jump seat. The shifter was lowered to better fall-to-the-hand, as it should. The taillights were also reversed for safety, with the brake light now operating from the top. I have just recently re-painted the car in the same green/grey light metallic done in 2012, correcting paint flaws and minor road chips from my previous 3 years of use. I also added the Moto Lita steering wheel, new side windows, new mirrors, a complete new stainless steel exhaust system and rebuilt the front suspension.The car comes with the tonneau cover, boot and a custom car cover. This car will not disappoint and has no known mechanical issues. I am also advertising this car locally and reserve the right to end the auction at any time.
